1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our websites, platforms, or programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of our platforms
VirtuoNurse™, VirtuoHealth™, and VirtuoWorkforce™ are provided for use by authorised individuals and partner institutions. You agree not to misuse these platforms or attempt to access data you are not authorised to view.
3. Partner obligations
Partner institutions are responsible for ensuring their staff are appropriately trained on platform use and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to them.
4. Intellectual property
All programme content, platform software, and research publications remain the property of Virtou Health unless otherwise agreed in a partnership contract.
5. Limitation of liability
Virtou Health provides its platforms and programmes on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
